Join our growing team as the Institute of Making continues its exciting expansion into a second space.
We are currently recruiting for two roles:
Communications Manager.
We are still looking for a Communications Manager. In this new role, the post-holder will develop and deliver communications across all areas of the Institute of Making’s practice. The Institute of Making is a treasure trove of unexpected stories about making processes and materials. The post-holder will identify and communicate these, allowing our audiences to discover and enjoy the wondrous explorations that take place in the Materials Library, our workshops, the events programmes, and research projects.

Events Manager
In this dynamic role, the post-holder is responsible for developing and delivering intriguing and joyful events programmes that celebrate materials and making. These activities cater to a wide range of audiences including students, staff, and the public, and mostly take place in-house at our Bloomsbury and Stratford spaces. This job represents an opportunity to bring creativity and organisational flair to a wide range of projects and be part of a dynamic team of people with a passion for materials and making.
