Knitting Circle for New Members

Member Events

Join the Institute of Making team at this friendly one-off knitting circle for new members. We will talk textiles, give knitting tips and answer questions about the Institute of Making. Participants will be sent information about future knitting circles and learn how to get involved in the Institute of Making community.

No experience or skill necessary, all welcome!

To take part in the session you will need:

- a laptop, phone or iPad with a functioning camera and sound.
- a knitting project (bring your own wool and needles!). You can bring another textile or crafts project if you'd like to join the session and work on it independently.

This event will take place on Zoom, an online meeting platform.

You will need to register as a member of the Institute of Making in order to book this workshop, which is open to all staff and students at UCL. Once registered, you will be able to book places on our online events and activities, and you will receive email notification of upcoming events and news.
