Public Online Class: Materials Library Yoga
Public EventsThis free Vinyasa Flow session with Rice Yoga will release tension from the back and shoulders, with balances to focus your mind and twists to rinse it all out. Victoria is an inclusive and friendly teacher and her classes are accessible to all. The class is run through through zoom video link.
This class style will be a flowing practice, which emphasises moving with the breath and includes moments of meditation, play and challenge to leave the you feeling bold, balanced and refreshed. Rice Yoga runs weekly classes with the Institute of Making, which have moved online while the Institute of Making Materials Library is closed.
To take part in the class you will need:
- A laptop or tablet with functioning camera and sound
- A mat or towel to do your stretches on
Victoria from Rice Yoga is a making enthusiast herself, and thinks yoga can be great for tapping into your creative side. She says; "the physical practice of yoga also makes us more open and receptive to different ways of thinking, which in turn can help us find our creative flow".
