Yoga at the Institute of Making

Public Events

Stretch it out with Rice Yoga in the Materials Library on Tuesday evenings, starting from 17th January 2023.

Victoria is an inclusive and friendly yoga teacher who creates classes that are accessible to all. Her class style is a flowing practice, which emphasises moving with the breath and includes moments of meditation, play and challenge to leave the students feeling bold, balanced and refreshed.  Her classes mainly teach Vinyasa but she is also qualified to teach Yin, Restorative and Pregnancy, both Pre/Post Natal and Mother and Baby yoga.

Victoria is an making-enthusiast herself, and thinks yoga can be great for tapping into your creative side. She says; "the practice of yoga also makes us more open and receptive to different ways of thinking which in turn can help us find our creative flow".

Email Victoria to register your interest for the classes generally and be informed of upcoming classes, or to ask any questions.

Sign up to Tuesday's class here, the sign up sheet goes live 7 days before class. The class fee is £10 per person / or £6 for those who have been affected financially or are on low income, paid directly to Victoria online or in person. The class is open to all at UCL, mats are provided.
